SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Sixtiva Books reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason.

Your order is not accepted until Sixtiva Books confirms acceptance and has successfully received and processed your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Order Cancellation

We provide a 15-minute cancellation window for orders that have not yet been fulfilled.

You may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us at:

Once an order has been fulfilled or the digital product has been made available for download or access, the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests received after the 15-minute cancellation period may not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds

Because our products are digital products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for ebooks or other digital products after fulfillment or after access to the digital product has been provided, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Refund/Return Policy.

Personal Use

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our store are for your personal, non-commercial use and are not intended for resale, redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or commercial exploitation.
